When both LED’s are on, it means that the FaxPress has one of 2 problems:
01. It has something queued in one of its printer port queues. If there is no printer attached to the relevant port, the LED's stay on. The "something" could be either a print job in one of the FaxPress internal queues or a trouble report. If the FaxPress seems to be working without trouble, open FaxMain and check Print/List Print Queues option for jobs sent to the non-existant printer by mistake. Delete them to restore the normal (Green LED only) condition. If there are no jobs in the queues, there may be an internal problem that the FaxPress is trying to report. Turn the FaxPress off, temporarily attach a LaserJet-compatible printer to the FaxPress' parallel port, and turn the power back on. In a few minutes, a report or stack dump will print.
02. If you cannot login and do not have a printer to hook up for the diagnostics report, then you can follow the KB article here: http://www.mostconsulting.net/clients/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=6&id=7
